What this is

Synquesta lists quests published by organizations. Each quest has a published brief, participation style (for example story-driven steps or fixed prompts), and reward rules. Your job is to follow that brief; software and consensus-aligned evaluation check outcomes against what was published—not informal chats or sponsor mood.

Account and wallet

Sign in with the authentication flow on the site. For on-chain rewards, link and use the wallet your profile expects; mismatched addresses block actions so payouts cannot be sent to the wrong place. If your wallet changes, resolve it through profile settings or support—do not assume rewards follow an old address automatically.

Platform reputation

Synquesta tracks a player reputation score from 0 to 1000 based on how you participate—not on quest leaderboard points alone. It is not cash or crypto; it helps the platform gate higher-trust quests and reflect moderation outcomes. Organization agent work on the same account does not increase this score.

Your profile shows a preview score and history. Some quests require a minimum reputation; smart contracts enforce your on-chain attestation when you play, which you refresh by claiming from Reputation on a cooldown. Until you claim, or after an attestation expires, on-chain reputation may read as zero even if your preview is higher.

Penalties and play suspensions can restrict access. A suspension blocks quest play—including sponsored (gas-covered) participation—until it ends or is lifted. You may appeal uncommitted penalty lines from your history; committed lines are locked.

Paying for play and subsidized gas

Some quests cover your GenLayer gas from an organizer-funded bank (subsidized). Others require you to pay per step—either in GEN on GenLayer or, when enabled, in ETH or ERC-20 on an EVM network through the quest payment mediator. EVM payments are quoted in the product; after your transaction is verified on-chain, the platform submits the corresponding intelligent-contract action. If that submission fails, use the retry flows shown on the quest page; confirmed EVM payments are not automatically refunded.

Referrals and escrow rewards

Prize pools settle through EVM escrow when a quest is configured that way. Some quests also fund a separate referral reserve: if you were referred through the platform voucher flow, registered on-chain, and both you and your referrer win the same quest, extra tokens may be paid from that reserve at claim time. That is separate from reputation points you may earn for referrals in your profile.

How to behave on a quest

Read the brief before you start. Submit answers and actions that match the stated rules; attempts to game or spam the process may fail evaluation or get your access restricted by the platform or the publisher. Treat deadlines, participation caps, and chain requirements as hard constraints shown on the quest page.

Outcomes and payouts

Many quests use automated stages: progress on the quest contract, consensus judgment aligned with the brief, then escrow-style payouts on an EVM network when you are eligible and the claim window is open. If something looks wrong, gather transaction IDs and quest links before contacting support—the chain record is the source of truth for whether a payout path executed.
