Synquesta for organizations
Brands, promo teams, and publishers—why this stack exists and how it fits your workflow. Legal terms for payments and refunds are in the Terms of Service.
What you gain
Synquesta helps you publish quests where evaluation is anchored to a written brief and automated stages instead of endless manual thread reviews. Participants see the same rules you configure; consensus-style judging on GenLayer aligns decisions with that brief, and reward rails on EVM can pay winners without someone rewriting the outcome in a spreadsheet after the fact—within the limits of how each quest is set up and funded.
Typical uses
Campaign launches, community challenges, narrative or skill-based promos where you want repeatable playbooks: publish once, let participants execute, let the pipeline score or complete steps, then settle rewards. You remain responsible for marketing law, regional rules, prize disclosures, and brand safety—Synquesta supplies tooling, not legal clearance for every jurisdiction.
Use case playbooks
Concrete campaign patterns you can publish today live in our use case library. Each article describes a real-world marketing parallel (FMCG, events, media, Web3), the Synquesta mechanic, and a launch sketch you can adapt for pitches or your first live campaign.

- Event check-in & proof-of-presence promos — Trade shows, retail openings, and local activations with verifiable “I was here” photos and optional reward pools.
Funding and gas
Subsidized quests let you play without per-step gas when the organizer's gas bank has capacity—funded in GEN on GenLayer and/or in ETH or stablecoins through the payment mediator on supported EVM networks. After the quest ends, unused subsidized gas may be refundable under product rules (including a platform operational fee on release). Non-subsidized quests may require participants to pay per play in GEN or, when enabled, in EVM tokens quoted at payment time.
Referral bonuses and escrow
You may optionally enable a monetary referral reserve on top of the public prize pool when deploying escrow. Referrers must register through platform-issued vouchers; bonuses pay from the reserve only when referrer and invitee both win the same quest. This is independent of reputation points participants can earn through the referral program. Contract addresses for escrow and the quest intelligent contract may appear on the public quest page with explorer links.
Operational sketch
Onboard your organization, configure quest content and participation mechanics, attach contracts and escrow where rewards are tokenized, and publish to the catalog. Players authenticate and bind wallets; quest logic runs against GenLayer and linked contracts; winners claim through the published claim window. Your team spends less time adjudicating one-off disputes when the brief and automation do the heavy lifting.
Getting access
Organization features may require approval or setup beyond a normal user profile. Use the agent workspace and organization flows in the product, or reach out through your commercial channel, to enable publishing at scale.
